Nestea

Nestea: The Recruit is a nation-wide student contest unlike any other. We were tasked with turning the contest into a broadcast quality web-series on a budget normally reserved for one online video. Our solution? Scrap the production team. We taught students how to produce their own content and coordinated their efforts across 8 schools.

This is no ordinary contest. Students from coast to coast were embarking on a mission to outperform all their counterparts and rise to the top. Through various business challenges, these students were not only in competition, they also became their own show producers. The results of each contest phase was turned into an 'Apprentice' like realty show, starring the students themselves.

The result: The students were invested in the project through every stage of production. With their help, we created content they actually cared to share.
